Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is an essential role at the heart of this process, providing the critical support that enables our teams to deliver exceptional work and cultivate strong client relationships.

This is a foundational role for a highly organized and proactive individual looking to build a career in client services. In our collaborative, holocratic environment, you will be the operational engine for the Client Partnerships team, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Account Team: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Account Managers, assisting with scheduling, preparing for client meetings, and documenting key decisions and action items.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a key liaison between the Client Partnerships team and internal project teams, ensuring information flows smoothly and that everyone has what they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate Project Elements: Assist in the creation of project briefs, proposals, and presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Manage Client Information: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client communications, project status, and account details within our internal systems.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Take initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a culture of efficiency and excellence within the Client Partnerships team.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in standard office software; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or agency setting is highly regarded but not essential.
