As an Account Director, you will be the driving force in our client relationships, orchestrating complex projects and inspiring teams to deliver work that provokes change and drives measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Key Relationships:
Serve as the primary strategic advisor to flagship clients, building long-lasting partnerships rooted in trust, vision, and mutual growth.

Strategic Oversight:
Shape and execute account strategies that address challenging client goals, integrating creative, digital, and business solutions for maximum impact.

Grow Accounts:
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, crafting proposals and upselling services that create high value for clients and Blink.

Guide Multi-Disciplinary Teams:
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production leads to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Mentor & Develop:
Coach account managers and executives, empowering them to deliver with excellence and nurturing the next generation of client leaders.

Steward Account Health:
Monitor and report on client satisfaction, account performance, and profitability, acting swiftly to resolve conflicts and deliver winning solutions.

Present & Negotiate:
Confidently present strategies and ideas to clients, manage pitches, negotiate contracts, and secure commitment to bold new initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in client management, advertising, or brand consulting, preferably in an agency environment.
  • A proven record of building, leading, and growing client accounts to new heights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of digital and creative landscapes.
  • Experience handling multiple complex projects and managing teams.
  • Strength in negotiation, budgeting, and new business development.
  • Energy and resilience to thrive in Blink’s fast-paced, collaborative holocratic culture.
