Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you are the champion of this relationship. You will go beyond day-to-day contact; you will act as a strategic advisor, understanding your clients' business so deeply that you can proactively identify opportunities to drive their growth and success.

What You'll Do
- Cultivate Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and goals to become an indispensable partner.
- Drive Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts, translating client needs into strategic proposals that deliver mutual value.
- Champion Client Vision: Act as the internal advocate for your clients, ensuring their objectives are clearly understood and flawlessly translated into briefs for our strategy, creative, and production teams.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and team leads to ensure that our work not only meets creative and quality standards but is also squarely focused on achieving the client's business objectives.
- Oversee Client Health: Proactively manage client satisfaction and retention, facilitating strategic reviews, and ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record (3-5+ years) in an account management or client service role within a creative or digital agency.
- Demonstrated success in nurturing and growing client accounts through strategic relationship management.
- A strong understanding of the marketing and digital landscape, with the ability to speak confidently about strategy, creative, and technology.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- A strategic mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and connecting client needs to agency solutions.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in scoping projects, creating proposals, and managing account profitability.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, and collaborative holocratic environment.
