Senior Account Executive

Location: Yangon, Myanmar

You’ll support Account Managers on flagship accounts while owning projects and nurturing accounts independently. In our holocratic culture, you will collaborate, learn, and lead, delivering value and growing your expertise at the heart of a dynamic agency.

What You'll Do

Support & Lead:
Work closely with Account Managers to manage key clients, leading certain projects, coordinating timelines, and ensuring every deliverable exceeds expectations.

Client Relationship Builder:
Grow and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication, understanding their business challenges, and anticipating needs.

Orchestrate Projects:
Own smaller accounts and campaign activations, seamlessly guiding work from briefing through completion and keeping all teams aligned on goals, deadlines, and standards.

Strategic Partner:
Contribute to proposals, present ideas to clients, and assist in up-selling additional services. Connect client goals with Blink’s solutions to drive business results.

Champion Excellence:
Review deliverables, ensure quality, and communicate feedback between clients and internal teams for continuous improvement.

Mentor & Collaborate:
Guide Account Executives and interns, fostering teamwork and sharing best practices across the department.

Monitor Account Health:
Track project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction, reporting key insights to senior account leads.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years’ experience in client service or account work within a creative or digital agency.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional written and verbal English; Myanmar language a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence to work across teams and with clients.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in account management within a fast-paced, holocratic agency.
