As a TikTok Content Creator, you will bring ideas to life through engaging short-form video content that captures attention, sparks emotion, and drives engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with the Client Partnerships and Creative teams to craft stories that help our clients connect meaningfully with their audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit TikTok videos that align with client campaigns and brand goals.
- Translate marketing strategies into relatable, trend-driven content that fits naturally into TikTok culture.
- Stay on top of evolving TikTok trends, audio, and storytelling formats to inspire fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to ensure content reflects each client’s personality and voice.
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and continuously improve creative output.
- Represent Blink as a creative partner, helping brands understand how to show up authentically on TikTok.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience creating TikTok or short-form video content (agency or brand experience is a plus).
- An instinct for storytelling, pacing, and visual style that fits digital-native audiences.
- Strong editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- A deep familiarity with TikTok’s features, algorithms, and engagement best practices.
- A proactive, experimental mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and formats.
- Comfort being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
